The Lenawee Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) is hosting a Business Planning Seminar sponsored by the South Central Michigan Regional Entrepreneurial Collaborative on September 1st, 8th and 15th from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

The facilitator of the seminar will be Kathi Boyle from the Michigan Center of Empowerment and Economic Development. The purpose of the seminar will be to help potential entrepreneurs understand the commitment that it takes to be a business owner by focusing on the planning and development of a business plan. Further, the seminar will cover Industry Analysis, Management, Marketing/Advertising, and Financial Statements, all components of a successful business plan.

The seminar will be held in a series of three sessions: September 1, 8 and 15. Each session will go from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and will be held at the LEDC's office (5285 W. US-223, Adrian) which is in the lower level of the GreenStone Farm Credit Services building. Please note, that there's no cost to attend (these 3 sessions usually cost $99!), thanks to sponsorship from South Central Michigan Regional Entrepreneurial Collaborative.
