Blissfield Manufacturing wins Business Review Innovation Michigan 2011 Award for creating the Dragon Fire Thermo Recovery FilterTM , a combination grease filter and heat exchanger, which converts heat from a kitchen grill into hot water or make-up air.

Pat Farver, President of Blissfield Manufacturing, was presented the award at the Business Review West Michigan’s Innovation Michigan 2011 Luncheon and Awards Ceremony. The annual award recognizes Michigan businesses that develop innovative products, strategies and processes. Seven of the 25 finalists were recognized at the July 28th event.

The Lenawee Economic Development Corporation nominated Blissfield Manufacturing for the award.
