The Lenawee Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), Blissfield Main Street Program, and the Alliance of Local Chambers are presenting a Retail Success workshop sponsored by South Central Michigan Works.

The workshop will be facilitated by the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center, and will focus on when you should buy merchandise, and in what quantity, how to establish a pricing policy, how to calculate and review inventory turns, when to do mark downs, how to track sales and more!

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, April 26th from 8:00-10:30am at the Schultz-Holmes Memorial Library, 407 S. Main St., Blissfield. There is no cost to attend, but please register by contacting the Lenawee Economic Development Corporation at 517.265.5141 or via email at info@onelenawee.org.
