The Lenawee Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the Alliance of Local Chambers will be working together to host small business workshops, sponsored by South Central Michigan Works. The LEDC has been presenting workshops since April 2009, with over 200 participants in the program.

The new partnership with the Alliance of Local Chambers will bring these workshops to chamber members and the community by hosting the classes throughout the County. “This is a great example of collaboration,” said Jim Gartin, President & CEO, LEDC. “Expanding this program to the entire County will be beneficial for local entrepreneurs.”

The first series presented by the Alliance of Local Chambers and the LEDC, and sponsored by South Central Michigan Works, will be held in February and March - the Social Media Workshops (which are full, call the LEDC at 265.5141 to add your name to the waiting list).
